How INT can help you
-
Charlotte will do an initial assessment and build a plan around your initial assessment that includes addressing your main concern (trauma, stress, burnout, crisis).
INT is a process and is specifically tailored to what you need, with a focus on building knowledge and skills in calming your nervous system, reframing patterns and retraining your brain to your desired level.
Don’t worry, there is absolutely no obligation to lock yourself into anything!
If after the first session you feel like it isn’t for you, that is 100% ok!INT is designed to help you flow fluidly through the process in YOUR time frame and in a way that allows your brain and nervous system to adapt and learn in do-able building blocks.
Each session will go for one hour and will consist of blending brain education with coaching.
This approach is used so you learn WHY trauma, stress, burnout and crisis occurs and HOW to overcome and prevent it in the future. Without knowing why it happens, it is hard to recognise and prevent reoccurrence and feeling in control of this process is paramount for your brain balance.
Working one on one with you, Charlotte will coach you through a comprehensive process to slowly rewire your brain.

Neutralising and reframing phaseThis is designed to help change the baseline stress response levels for your nervous system and brain function. Charlotte will also give you tools to work through the early fluctuations of intrusive thoughts and emotions so you can downgrade their intensity.
Rebuilding phaseThis phase is designed to create and strengthen new neural pathways and connections. The timeframe for this phase depends on your individual processing needs as well as the trauma, stress, burnout or crisis level you have been experiencing.
Charlotte will be able to identify your individual needs throughout the first session and will discuss what to expect with your plan in order to meet your goals.

The cost of each session is $150
There is absolutely no obligation to commit if you feel that INT doesn’t work for you.
